Kirstin is a partner in our Construction and Projects team, who specialises in contentious construction.
She has experience acting for a wide variety of clients across both public and private sector developments in contentious and non-contentious matters. Kirstin has experience in various forms of dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation and litigation. Kirstin previously spent nine months on a part-time secondment to a renewable energy development company, being the sole legal counsel based in Scotland.
Kirstin is part of our firm wide Building Safety Group and provides advice to an assortment of clients on the applicability of relevant legislation.
Kirstin is dual qualified to practise in Scotland and England & Wales.
