Kenzie is an associate in our employment team.
Kenzie advises employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice on a wide range of workplace issues. She has particular experience in discrimination law, with a focus on pregnancy and maternity discrimination claims. She regularly represents clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing claims.
Kenzie frequently advises on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures and settlement agreements. She also delivers training to clients on a range of employment law issues. Kenzie works with clients across a variety of sectors and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
