Jennifer is a director in our energy team specialising in advising clients on all corporate aspect of transactions with a particular focus on M&A and energy transactions. 

Jennifer is highly experienced advising on deals in the oil and gas service sector and in renewable and sustainable energy. Her practice ranges from advising business and investor clients to multimillion pound reorganisation. 

Recent projects include advising on several employee ownership trust transactions and Jennifer has particular expertise in managing large multi-jurisdictional reorganisations.
