Jane is a senior paralegal in our Dispute Resolution team and works closely with the division on a wide variety of contentious matters.

Jane qualified as a paralegal in 1998 and has a wealth of experience working on a wide range of Court of Session and Sheriff Court matters. Jane also has considerable experience working on property litigation matters.

In Jane’s present role as Parliament House Clerk she is an important connection between the firm and court professionals works alongside advocate’s clerks, judge’s clerks and administration clerks in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. Jane liaises with both senior and junior counsel and supports all of her dispute resolution colleagues coordinating and organizing the administration of Commercial, Ordinary, Intellectual Property, Personal Injury, Inner House, Appeals and Petition actions being presented at Court.

Jane is highly efficient and organised. She has a great relationship with all of the court professionals she works with and is appreciated by her colleagues for her knowledge and experience which is invaluable to the team.
