Gwen is a Director in our Construction and Projects team specialising in non-contentious construction and engineering law, and has a Masters degree in Construction Law. Gwen has extensive experience of drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and associated security documentation across a wide range of sectors including retail parks and shopping centres, hotels and office developments as well as student accommodation and build to rent schemes. She also has considerable experience in renewable energy projects including windfarms, solar and battery storage projects.
Clients appreciate Gwen’s personable and collaborative approach and she has been described by clients as having “tremendous legal commercial and practical insight” and her “dedication and appreciation of business needs was excellent”.
