Gavin is an associate in our Employment division, and he advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
He manages complex tribunal claims, and undertakes tribunal advocacy, covering issues such as discrimination, equal pay, unfair dismissal, and whistleblowing. Gavin also has experience in relation to contract and policy reviews; harmonising terms and conditions; disciplinaries and grievances; and the application of TUPE.
He regularly provides advice relating to settlement agreements and has acted for both companies exiting staff; and for senior executives being dismissed by their employer.
Gavin delivers training to clients and external bodies on a range of employment issues. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
