Emma is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in insurance litigation, with a particular focus on shipping and maritime disputes and the defence of personal injury claims.
Having qualified in 2025 after training with one of Scotland's largest commercial law firms, Emma advises on a range of contentious matters. She regularly assists with litigation in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts and has experience of supporting clients through regulatory investigations and Fatal Accident Inquiries.
Alongside her practice, Emma is also a tutor on the undergraduate law degree programme at the University of Edinburgh and supports students in developing their legal knowledge and analytical skills.
