Elspeth is an Associate in the employment team, advising employers on a broad range of employment law and employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies, and organisational change.
 
Elspeth is committed to helping clients promote fair and inclusive workplaces. She has a particular interest in discrimination law and its application in circumstances where conflicting protected rights must be carefully balanced. She regularly develops and delivers bespoke employment law training, tailored to clients’ needs.
 
She also advises on and represents clients in contentious matters and has appeared in Employment Tribunals in Scotland and in England and Wales. Elspeth works to build strong relationships with her clients, combining technical legal expertise with a pragmatic and client-focused approach.
 
She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
