Dornie is a Solicitor in our Banking and Funds team. She acts for borrowers and lenders across a variety of Scottish and cross-border finance transactions including acquisition finance, corporate finance and real estate finance transactions.
On the Funds side, she works closely with City and overseas firms, as well as fund managers directly. She advises on the use of Scottish limited partnerships in private fund structures providing advice on the establishment, closing and financing of private funds.
Dornie has previous experience working in house and brings a pragmatic approach to her transactions.
