Dominique is a senior associate in our Funds team specialising in private investment structures.
She advises fund managers, investors, and City and overseas law firms on the use of Scottish limited partnerships in private fund structures (incl. establishment, operation and closing of funds). Dominique is also involved in advising investors on the terms of investments in the UK and globally including in relation to carried interest structures.
Having experience in both banking and funds, Dominique is able to advise clients on fund finance transactions.
Dominique has completed a secondment with European Investment Fund returning to Burness Paull with first hand insight into the workings on an institutional investor in the EU and bolstering her investor side advisory experience
