Caroline is an associate in our Banking & Finance team.
She advises both borrowers and lenders on banking transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and syndicated lending in both Scottish and cross-border transactions.
Born and raised in Sweden, Caroline moved to Scotland in 2012. She joined the firm in 2018, having been recruited from the firm’s summer placement program.
