Caroline is a director who has practiced exclusively banking law for 19 years. Caroline has acted for lenders, borrowers, public sector and private sector clients on a wide range of finance matters.
She has particular experience in advising on property finance transactions, cross border financings and project finance. Caroline has also completed a six month secondment at the Royal Bank of Scotland providing specialist legal resource and support for real estate finance related transactions.
