Amanda is an associate in our Pensions team and has experience of advising employers, trustees and providers in relation to defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Amanda is qualified in both Scotland and England & Wales and advises clients both North and South of the border.
Amanda’s recent experience includes advising corporate and trustee clients on the pension aspects of corporate transactions, benefit issues, auto-enrolment obligations, PPF eligibility and GMP equalisation. She has spent time on secondment to the legal team of a leading pension provider and continues to advise provider clients on master trusts, contentious member complaints and product terms.
Amanda also supports the firm’s independent trustee company – Burness Paull Pension Trustees Limited – and our trustee governance and secretarial services offering.
