In fact, Robert Burns was a cousin of William and James Burness, the founding partners of Burness Paull.
It is no secret that Burns’ writing continues to spark controversy in cultural and political debates but his values as a lover of nature, an innovator and a humanitarian still resonate with the identity of a hopeful modern Scotland.
