ESG touches every part of our business and we know it’s the same for our clients.
The emphasis may vary depending on industrial sectors and geographies, but the overall impact is the same, a drive for increasingly responsible business behaviours.
We have been doing a lot of work to support our clients with their ESG journey, from advising on environmental legislation and the journey to net zero, to increased FCA regulation and its implications – and much more.
Having built expertise across our firm, we were asked to contribute to Mondaq’s first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Comparative Guide.
Launched in October 2022, the guide provides an overview of some of the key areas of ESG from almost 20 countries, enabling users to compare regulatory environments and law across different jurisdictions.
You can view the full UK chapter here.
If you’d like to find out how we can help you on your ESG journey please get in touch with a member of the team. We’d love to hear from you.
