Sonja is a director in our technology & commercial team. She specialises in transactions and contractual matters involving intellectual property, including licensing, commercialisation, collaborations and R&D, and has a keen interest in healthcare, life sciences and medtech. She also advises clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, data protection, IT outsourcing, cloud, SaaS and PaaS services and B2C contracting.
Sonja is a Council member of the Licencing Executives Society (Britain and Ireland).
