Jennifer is an experienced Family and Divorce Lawyer. She advises individuals on separation and divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, and cases with international elements. Jennifer is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) - a worldwide association of practising lawyers recognised as the most experienced and skilled family law specialists in their respective countries.
Jennifer is also a mediator and often works alongside counsellors and other professionals. Jennifer adopts a holistic approach to helping individuals to resolve family law issues. She works with clients to find creative and practical solutions which will benefit them and their wider family.
Jennifer is a member and former Vice Chair of the American Bar Association - Section of International Family Law (ABA SIL) and a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
Jennifer is accredited as a Trauma Informed Lawyer by the Law Society of Scotland.
