Daniela is a senior associate in our Corporate Finance team and has spent her entire career with the firm. She has significant experience advising clients on international mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment transactions.
Daniela is known for her technical ability, project management and client relationship skills and has recently led several transactions for a key client supporting their buy and build acquisition strategy.
