Victoria is a director in our banking & funds team, advising fund managers, investors, banks and private equity sponsors across the full fund lifecycle. Her practice focuses on the structuring, formation and operation of alternative investment funds, together with carried interest and co-investment arrangements.

She regularly advises on private fund investments, including secondaries and GP-led restructurings, as well as fund finance matters, including subscription line and other fund-level financing facilities.

Victoria acts for a broad range of domestic and international clients and frequently works alongside leading City and international law firms on complex, cross-border transactions. Known for providing clear, commercial, and solutions-focused advice, she was recently described by a client as “an exceptional communicator”.
