Steven is a partner in our Dispute Resolution team. He acts on a wide variety of disputes including; complex contractual disputes, insolvency and real estate litigation. Steven is a talented litigator with extensive experience in resolving disputes through the sheriff courts across Scotland, but is also well versed in alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation.
Steven is also a solicitor advocate with rights of audience in the Supreme Courts. He has pursued and defended cases in the Court of Session, both at first instance and on appeal.
Steven is a member of the Society of Solicitor Advocates, the Society of Advocates in Aberdeen and the Aberdeen Bar Association.
