Ruaridh is a Partner in our Investment Funds team. He acts for UK and international asset managers across various asset classes in relation to the structuring and formation of investment funds in Scotland and elsewhere. He also acts as Scots law counsel to law firms globally in relation to structuring, borrowing and security arrangements concerning Scottish limited partnership funds. He has significant experience relating to lifetime (including tail-end) matters concerning funds.
Ruaridh plays a prominent role in the firm’s investor-side practice, advising a broad range of institutional, pension fund and family office clients in relation to their investments in funds on a jurisdiction agnostic basis.
Earlier in his career, Ruaridh spent time on secondment with European Investment Fund in Luxembourg.
Ruaridh appears in Chambers and has been named as a Next Generation Partner by Legal 500.
