Ross is a senior solicitor in our employment team. He has advised a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Ross regularly appears on behalf of clients in the Employment Tribunal and in judicial mediation. He also provides training and advice to clients on emerging topics including incoming legislative changes and employment case law.
On the advisory side, Ross assists with a range of HR matters including advising on employment relations, discrimination, TUPE, settlement agreements, and has a particular speciality in data protection. Ross has experience acting at the Employment Tribunal on behalf of clients in sectors including finance, logistics, and hospitality. He regularly provides employment-side diligence, advice and risk analysis, on multi-million pound corporate deals.
