Nicole is a senior associate in the Banking and Funds team.
Nicole trained with the firm and qualified into the banking and funds team in 2016. Nicole specialises in the use of Scottish limited partnerships in various private equity structures.
She advises fund managers and private equity firms as well as city and overseas firms on lifetime funds matters, such as establishment, structuring and closings. Nicole also advises on asset-backed contribution schemes, having acted on both the company side and trustee side including providing technical advice on the setting up the schemes, certifications to the PPF, and the winding up of the schemes.
Nicole is heavily involved with the development of the junior members of the team and the trainees through providing training and mentoring, as well as reviewing trainees as part of the Law Society of Scotland training process.
