Matt is an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team with experience advising a variety of private and public sector clients on all aspects of commercial real estate work including acquisitions and disposals, asset management of existing investment portfolios, commercial leasing (acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants) and advising both borrowers and institutional lenders in real estate finance transactions. He also regularly advises both operators and landowners in relation to agreements under the Electronic Communications Code, and has experience in the acquisition, sale and funding of renewable energy projects.
Matt is the firm’s British Property Federation Futures Ambassador and also sits as a BPF Futures Member on the Scottish Property Federation’s Commercial Real Estate Committee.
