Mandy is head of our Employment division. She is also Deputy Keeper to the Writers’ to the Signet and a Trustee with the Thistle Foundation.

Mandy advises on all aspects of employment law with a particular focus on contentious matters, Employment Tribunal advocacy, large scale restructures and senior executive terminations. Mandy is also very experienced in dispute resolution, and has been involved in a number of mediations.
