A Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution team, Louise has experience acting on behalf of clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes in Scotland. Louise regularly advises clients on raising or defending proceedings relating to professional negligence, breach of contract disputes, shareholder disputes and landlord/tenant disputes. She has appeared in sheriff courts throughout Scotland, regularly works with Counsel on Court of Session cases and has experience in Mediation and Arbitration proceedings.
With a particular focus on complex and high value professional negligence claims, Louise advises clients on both the pursuer and defender side. Having spent the early part of her career specialising in Property Litigation, she is well placed to advise clients whose professional liability disputes emanate from commercial property transactions. Louise has a natural pragmatic and commercial presence and is highly regarded for her commitment to achieving the best resolution for her clients.
