Laura is an associate in the Banking and Funds team with experience in acting for a range of borrowers and lenders and advising on cross border acquisition, leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions.
She also advises fund managers, investors, and City and overseas law firms on the use of Scottish limited partnerships in private fund structures (incl. establishment, operation and closing of funds).
Laura has also undertaken a nine-month secondment to ERS Europe where she sat in the CRE debt team assisting with the execution of transactions. She has also spent 6 months on secondment to abrdn plc working within the General Counsel’s Office.
