Katy Thomson is an associate in our Funds team. She specialises in private funds, both operating in the UK and overseas. Katy advises fund managers and administrators on fund structuring and formation. Katy also represents institutional investors in primary investments across Europe and North America.
Katy also has experience in Banking & Finance and advises fund managers on financing fund structures.
Katy also advises GP-side on a range of matters arising throughout the lifetime of a fund including GP-led secondary transactions.
