Jamie Wilson is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution team. Qualified in both Scottish and English law, Jamie has significant experience of advising and representing a diverse array of clients on a wide range of commercial disputes in Scotland, England and internationally.
Jamie also advises clients on property & infrastructure disputes and complex contract disputes in the Oil and Gas sector. Jamie has knowledge and experience of both Scottish court (Sheriff Court and Court of Session) and English court (County Court and High Court) procedure and appears regularly in the Scottish Sheriff Courts. In addition, Jamie has experience of alternative methods of dispute resolution, such as mediation, and works with clients to find the best resolution for them.
