James joined the firm over two years ago and has been involved in many of the Corporate Finance team’s high profile deals over that time.
He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, investments and cross-border transactions.
James has particular experience in advising clients in the financial services sector, as well as having a very close knowledge and understanding of the technology sector, having recently been on secondment at The Access Group, a major private equity-backed software company.
