Jack is a solicitor in the Restructuring & Insolvency team and qualified in 2026 after completing his traineeship with Burness Paull.
Jack advises on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including company voluntary arrangements, restructuring plans, administrations and liquidations. He has experience supporting the restructuring and insolvency needs of clients across a variety of sectors, including energy, retail and hospitality, and has been involved in advising boards of distressed companies, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders.
Jack also has in-house experience with a FTSE 100 energy company and has worked within the firm's Banking & Funds and Real Estate teams during his training contract.
