Hayley is an associate in our Corporate team, advising clients across a broad range of sectors, with experience working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, business sales and purchases and general corporate advisory matters.
Hayley has also spent time on secondment to the private equity firm Hg where she assisted on a range of international corporate transactions and prior to qualification, Hayley spent time on secondment to the General Counsel’s Office of abrdn plc.
