Hamaira is an associate in the firm’s dedicated English Real Estate team and is one of our commercial leasing specialists with over 9 years’ experience working in this area. She also has experience in a variety of other real estate matters including the acquisition and disposal of general commercial and investment real estate.

Joining the firm as a newly qualified solicitor in Scotland in 2016, she brings with her a bank of knowledge from her background in real estate and business prior to her legal career. This experience gives her a more practical approach to landlord and tenant work which our clients benefit directly from.
Hamaira was awarded “Best in Law” at the Scottish Asian & Business Awards 2022, and nominated in the “Solicitor of the Year” category of the Inspirational Woman of the Year Awards 2023.
