Gill is a senior associate in the firm’s dedicated English Real Estate team. Gill trained with a high street firm in Ayrshire and thereafter practised in Glasgow with a large international firm, where she spent a year on secondment as part of a key client’s legal team and became Dual Qualified. Since joining our English Property team in 2021, she has been seconded twice to a key client of the firm.
Gill has over seven years of commercial real estate experience in a variety of areas of real estate law. She has previously acted for sellers and purchasers in large commercial acquisitions and disposals, and often provides real estate law support to Corporate Finance colleagues on various projects. She also regularly acts for landlords and occupiers, mainly in relation to the leasing of retail, office and industrial real estate throughout England and Wales.
