Ethan is a solicitor working across our Banking & Finance and Funds teams. Having spent much of his traineeship working on complex cross-border financings, Ethan has developed a breadth of experience acting for both lenders and borrowers across real estate financing, leveraged financing and growth/venture financing.
Ethan also helps advise on a range of private funds matters, including the establishment of fund vehicles in Scotland and lifetime management of these vehicles, particularly in relation to fund financing arrangements.
Having spent a portion of his traineeship at a major UK clearing bank, Ethan brings a commercial and pragmatic approach to transactions and delivers clear actionable advice tailored to a wide range of stakeholders.
