Emily is a Senior Solicitor in our Disputes Resolution team, working on a wide range of high value, complex disputes before different courts, including the Court of Session and Sheriff Court in Scotland and the High Court in England. This includes experience in fraud and insolvency litigation.
Emily is dual qualified to practice in Scotland and England & Wales.
