Eilidh is a Senior Associate in the Pensions team. She has experience advising both employers and trustees in relation to their pension obligations, as well as acting for the firm’s independent trustee company – Burness Paull Pension Trustees Limited. She also has in-house experience resulting from an eight-month secondment to the legal team of a leading pension provider.
Eilidh’s trustee experience includes the drafting of various scheme deeds and advising on issues such as GDPR, discretionary benefits and scheme wind-ups.
Eilidh’s experience with employers includes advising on scheme rules and issues of UK pensions legislation.
