Douglas is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team.

He is a Solicitor Advocate (with extended rights of audience) with extensive experience of all manner of commercial disputes before courts and tribunals of all levels in Scotland.

Douglas has a particular focus on corporate and shareholder disputes, fraud and insolvency litigation, often involving assets and issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Douglas is also highly regarded for his expertise in public procurement challenges and judicial reviews and is regularly instructed in some of the most significant litigation in this field in Scotland.

He's a very sensible litigator and knows when to push on and when not to. He's always available, understands not just the technical but also the personal aspects of litigation.
