Dominique is a senior associate in our Banking and Funds team specialising in private investment structures.
She is involved in advising investors on the terms of investments in the UK and globally, assisting with their investments into private investment funds and co-investment structures.
Dominique also advises fund managers, investors, and City and overseas law firms on the manager side in relation to the structuring, establishment and closing of private funds, internal governance, carried interest arrangements and other lifetime aspects.
Having experience in both banking and funds, Dominique is able to advise clients on fund finance transactions.
Dominique has completed a secondment with European Investment Fund returning to Burness Paull with first hand insight into the workings of an institutional investor in the EU and bolstering her investor side advisory experience.
