Conor is a senior associate in our Banking &Funds team with experience in advising a wide range of borrowers, lenders, investment managers and investors.
He regularly acts alongside City and overseas firms in advising clients on finance matters from relatively straightforward cross-border real estate transactions to substantial debt restructurings of listed UK energy companies and corporate acquisitions.
As one of the primary contacts for a number of our European and US based investment managers Conor regularly assists them with the structuring, financing and lifetime aspects of a number of their multi-billion US dollar funds
Conor is described by clients as being “down to earth and easy going” and has recently returned from a six month secondment to the European Investment Fund.
