Claire is a Senior Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team working primarily in product liability as well as assisting colleagues with a wide range of commercial disputes. She regularly deals with disputes in the Court of Session in Edinburgh.
Claire has experience in group litigation and advising on high profile international group actions. She frequently works in international legal teams alongside lawyers in England, the USA and other overseas jurisdictions.
Prior to commencing her traineeship with the firm, she was a paralegal working in-house at a large UK corporation, where she worked independently dealing with complex contract negotiations and reviews. She also provided training and advised on all aspects of GDPR compliance within the corporation.
Claire is dual qualified to practise in Scotland and England & Wales.
