Catriona is a knowledge and development lawyer in our Corporate Finance team. Catriona is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a background in both private practice and in-house, and has advised on a broad range of transactions and general corporate day to day activities with a particular focus being on equity structures.
Catriona provides technical advice and knowledge on new and complex areas of law and commercial practice. Catriona also maintains the Corporate Finance team’s precedents and manages comprehensive training programmes for lawyers at all levels in the Corporate Finance team and contributes to the training programmes delivered to trainee lawyers across the firm.
