Ailish is a senior solicitor in our Dispute Resolution department, working primarily in the Real Estate Litigation team.
Ailish assists with a range of property disputes, including: landlord & tenant disputes, boundary and land disputes, and title conditions. She represents a range of clients in the commercial and public sectors.
Ailish has experience appearing in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has assisted with actions raised in the Court of Session.
