Douglas brings a broad range of sector experience and particular expertise in the areas of insolvency, corporate and shareholder disputes, public procurement and judicial review. He is recognised in the field of commercial litigation in Scotland by both the Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories.

As a solicitor advocate, Douglas has rights of audience in Scotland’s higher courts.
