The Chancellor today has announced that, provided an employee who has previously been furloughed remains in employment until 31 January 2021 and earns no less than £520 per month in the period from November to January, the Government will make a bonus payment of £1,000 per employee to their employer at the end of January.

We are awaiting more detail but it would appear that the bonus payment will be available for every employee who has spent any time on furlough from the introduction of the scheme in March through to the end of October.
