History shows that many of the events that have had the greatest impact on organisations were not wholly unforeseen, but were underestimated, poorly understood or insufficiently challenged. When these risks materialise, the consequences can extend far beyond operational disruption, affecting strategic objectives, financial performance, reputation and long-term organisational resilience.
This year's conference will explore the risks that organisations may not be talking about enough but perhaps should be. While boards and executive teams rightly devote significant attention to known risks, some of the most consequential threats are those that sit beyond the immediate field of vision. These are the risks that emerge from evolving technologies, complex interdependencies, shifting stakeholder expectations and broader economic, regulatory and geopolitical change.
