Kim is a director in our Commercial Real Estate team. She deals with all aspects of commercial real estate work including commercial leasing (both landlord and tenant), secured funding and investment real estate acquisitions and sales. Kim also has significant experience of land acquisitions and disposals for developers and housebuilders, site assembly projects and consortium and joint venture agreements.
