Lisa is a senior lawyer in our Employment team with significant experience advising and supporting client’s with their employee relation issues.
Lisa provides clear, concise and practical advice on all employment matters, some of which include, allegations of discrimination, discipline issues, employee performance issues, reorganisation, restructuring and redundancies.
Lisa provides bespoke training to clients relating to a variety of subjects. She ensures that each session is insightful, engaging and importantly, tailored to the particular requirements of the client. Lisa is proactive in identifying upcoming legal issues which may be of relevance to clients of a particular sector.
She has particular experience in contentious employment litigation and has appeared in employment tribunals throughout the UK. She has defended claims on behalf of clients in respect of wide ranging employment issues, including but not limited to, discrimination arising from disability, pregnancy and maternity discrimination, indirect discrimination, whistleblowing allegations, unfair dismissal and constructive dismissal.
Lisa is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
