Olivia is a solicitor in our Corporate team, advising clients across a broad range of sectors, with experience working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and general corporate advisory matters.
Olivia also has experience working in the financial services industry, having trained in-house at abrdn PLC, through which, she has developed a strong understanding of the key commercial considerations involved in deals and the aspects that are most important to clients.
