Mairead is a solicitor in the Restructuring & Insolvency team and qualified in 2024 after completing her traineeship with Burness Paull.
Mairead advises on a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters and has recently been involved in providing advice to lenders on security and enforcement, advising boards of distressed companies and acting for insolvency practitioners on post-insolvency matters. Mairead has also had experience in real estate and lending, having spent time working in our Real Estate and Banking & Funds teams.
